Michael Taylor has been in and out of Monsanto as a legal adviser and vice president for public policy. In July 7, 2009, Michael Taylor once again returned to government as Senior Adviser to the FDA Commissioner, and on January 13, 2010, he was appointed to a newly created post at the FDA, as the Deputy Commissioner for Foods. The public policy enforced by the government under him is that the public does not have any legal right under the consumer protection right to sue Monsanto or any other GMO company if consumers get sick from GMO products. Surprised!
